Country-wide Tagalog (Pilipino) is spoken.
In the region around CEBU and/or on the LEYTE island (Hilongos area)
Binisaya (Cebuano) is spoken.
For business- and office language one uses English country-wide. On our base you get very well along in English. The one or other sentence is to be understood as well in German language.
